Coverage Scope
The Aerthom warranty covers all products that are sold and shipped directly by Aerthom through our official website or authorized retail partners. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase, including a valid order number or receipt, is required to submit any warranty claim.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, second-hand marketplaces, or third-party auction sites are not covered under this warranty. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.
Warranty Tiers
Aerthom products are covered by different warranty periods depending on the product category. The table below outlines the warranty duration for each tier:

If a product falls into more than one category, the warranty period for each individual component will apply according to its respective tier. For example, a standing desk may have a 15-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on the tabletop.
Claims Process
If you believe your Aerthom product has a defect covered under warranty, please follow these steps to submit a claim:
- Submit a warranty claim through the warranty form on our website. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect.
- Our team will review your claim within 1 to 3 business days. We may request additional information or photos to complete our assessment.
- Replacement parts will be shipped free of charge if the claim is approved. In cases where a replacement part is not available, Aerthom may offer a comparable replacement product or a store credit at our discretion.
All warranty service is handled directly by Aerthom. You do not need to return the defective item unless specifically requested by our support team.
What Is NOT Covered
The Aerthom warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear: Gradual deterioration from regular use, including minor scratches, fabric pilling, cushion softening, and surface patina that occurs naturally over time.
- Misuse or abuse: Damage resulting from using the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, exceeding weight limits, or subjecting the product to excessive force.
- Improper assembly: Damage caused by failure to follow the included assembly instructions or by assembly performed by unqualified parties using incorrect tools or methods.
- Environmental damage: Damage caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, water, or other environmental factors beyond normal indoor conditions.
- Unauthorized modifications: Any alteration, modification, or repair performed on the product by anyone other than Aerthom or an authorized service provider.
Important Conditions
To ensure the best warranty experience, please keep the following conditions in mind:
- Any damage to the product that occurs during shipping must be reported to Aerthom within 1 week of the delivery date. Shipping damage reported after this window may not be eligible for warranty coverage and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Retain your original order confirmation and proof of purchase for the duration of the warranty period. This documentation is required for all warranty claims.
- Aerthom reserves the right to inspect the product, either through photographs or by requesting the item be returned, before approving any warranty claim.
- Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and material failures only. It does not serve as a satisfaction guarantee or replacement for the 30-day trial return policy.
