Shipping Information
All Aerthom orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Below is a general overview of our shipping timelines:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Available for all domestic orders. Free on orders over $500.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for select products and regions at an additional cost.
- White Glove Delivery (7-14 business days): Available for larger ergonomic furniture items such as desks and chairs. Includes in-room delivery and packaging removal.
- International Shipping (10-20 business days): Delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply.
Aerthom partners with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and specialized furniture delivery services to ensure your products arrive safely. For large items, our White Glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window.
