30-Day Trial Period

At Aerthom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why every product comes with a 30-day trial period, starting from the date of delivery. During this time, you can use your ergonomic furniture in your home or office to ensure it meets your comfort and quality expectations. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may initiate a return within this 30-day window.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in like-new condition, free from stains, tears, scratches, or other signs of damage beyond what would be expected from a brief trial period.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials, hardware, assembly instructions, and accessories that were included at the time of delivery.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all returns.

Return Process

Returning an item to Aerthom is straightforward. Please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a return request by completing the return form on our website or by contacting our customer support team at support@aerthom.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Provide photographs of the item in its current condition along with photos of the original packaging. This helps our team verify eligibility and process your request more quickly.
  3. Receive your RMA number and prepaid shipping label. Once your return is approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label. Please write the RMA number on the outside of your package.
  4. Ship the item back using the prepaid label provided. Securely repackage the item in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier location. We recommend keeping the tracking receipt for your records.
  5. Inspection and refund. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 5 business days. If the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

After your return has been inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.


Exchanges

At this time, Aerthom does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, size, or configuration, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures that your replacement ships as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.


Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return under our standard return policy:

  • Clearance items: Products purchased at a reduced clearance price are sold as final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Custom orders: Any product that has been customized, personalized, or built to order based on customer-specified dimensions or finishes.
  • Items without original packaging: Products that are returned without their original packaging, including boxes, foam inserts, and protective wrapping.
  • Bulk and commercial orders: Orders placed under a corporate, wholesale, or bulk purchasing agreement are subject to separate return terms as specified in the respective agreement.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price may apply in the following situations:

  • The item is returned without its original packaging or is missing components such as hardware, accessories, or assembly materials.
  • The item is returned after the 30-day trial period but is still approved for return at Aerthom's discretion as a courtesy exception.

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. You will be notified of any applicable restocking fee before the return is finalized.
